Take the Weston Mill junction off the A38 following signs for City Centre (A 3064), Devonport (B 3396) and Torpoint Ferry (A 374). Turn on to the A3064, continuing to follow signs for City Centre A 3064, Devonport (B 3396) and Torpoint Ferry (A 374). At the next large intersection turn left, continuing to follow signs for Devonport (B 3396) and Torpoint Ferry (A 374). Get into the right hand lane on Wolseley Road. At the traffic lights, turn right on to Saltash Road (B 3396), following signs for Devonport and Torpoint. Continue on to Albert Road, then turn right at the traffic lights on to Park Avenue and move into the right hand lane. Turn right at the next set of traffic lights on to Ferry Road, following signs for Torpoint A 374. Stay in the left hand lane, following signs for Ferry Only and join the lane indicated by a green, overhead traffic light. Follow overhead signals and Ferry Operators' instructions to board the Torpoint Ferry. The crossing takes approximately 10 minutes.
Once disembarked, turn left on to Ferry Street and continue on to Harvey Street, following signs for Looe A 374, Mount Edgcumbe Country House and Liskeard A 374 (A 38). Continue on to Antony Road A 374, continuing to follow signs for Liskeard A 374 (A 38). Turn left at Antony, following signs for Millbrook B3247. Continue along Antony Hill until you reach a T junction. Turn left at the junction, continuing to follow signs for Whitsand Bay, Cawsand and Mt Edgcumbe. Continue along the B 3247, before turning left on to Millpool Head, following signs for Village Centre, Anderton and Southdown. Turn left on to Fore Street, staying to the right of the Spar shop. Follow the road up the hill on to Newport Terrace, before turning immediately left on Blindwell Hill. Lake View House will be on your left.
Continue on the A38 until Trerulefoot Roundabout. Stay in the left hand lane and take the first exit on to the A 374, following signs for Looe (A 387), Torpoint A 374 and Plymouth via Torpoint Ferry. Continue on the A 374 for approximately 4.2 miles, then turn right on to the B 3247, following signs for Millbrook B 3247. Continue through the village of Crafthole, taking the first exit off the mini roundabout to stay on the B 3247, continuing to follow signs for Millbrook B 3247.
Continue along the B 3247 for approximately 4 miles, before turning left on to Millpool Head, following signs for Village Centre, Anderton and Southdown. Turn left on to Fore Street, staying to the right of the Spar shop. Follow the road up the hill on to Newport Terrace, before turning immediately left on Blindwell Hill. Lake View House will be on your left, just a bit farther up the hill.
From the Bodmin Bypass on the A30, take the Carminow Cross exit, following signs for Bodmin (A 389) and Plymouth, Liskeard A 38. Get into the right hand lane and take the third exit off the roundabout, continuing to follow signs for Plymouth, Liskeard A 38. Take the second exit from the next roundabout, continuing to follow signs for Plymouth, Liskeard A 38. Continue on the A38 for approximately 17 miles, until you reach Trerulefoot Roundabout. Get into the right hand lane and take the second exit on to the A 374, following signs for Looe (A 387), Torpoint A 374 and Plymouth via Torpoint Ferry. Continue on the A 374 for approximately 4.2 miles, then turn right on to the B 3247, following signs for Millbrook B 3247. Continue through the village of Crafthole, taking the first exit off the mini roundabout to stay on the B 3247, continuing to follow signs for Millbrook B 3247.

Exit Plymouth Railway Station via the main entrance and turn right; the car park should be on your left and the station on your right. Cross over the main road via the green footbridge to your right and wait at the 'Railway Station' bus stop. Catch the Plymouth Citybus, service 70 or 71 going to Cremyll.

Once you have arrived at Millbrook Parade, cross the road and walk past the estate agents (MPH) on your right, toward the small alley, just to the left of Quay Garage. Walk through the 'Little Lane', and turn right on to Fore Street; the Spar shop should be on your left. Follow the path up the hill on to Newport Terrace, before turning immediately left on Blindwell Hill. Lake View House will be on your left, just a bit farther up the hill.
Exit the ferry terminal via the main entrance and turn left on to Millbay Road. Continue along Millbay road before bearing left on to Barrack Place in approximately 0.4 miles. At the cross roads, turn left on to Durnford Street, following signs for Cremyll Ferry. Continue down Durnford Street before turning right on to Admirals Hard, following signs for Mount Edgcumbe via Cremyll Ferry. Continue down Admirals Hard, across the cross roads and down to the slipway, where the Cremyll Ferry will land. The crossing takes approximately 8 minutes.

Exit the ferry terminal via the main entrance and cross the road (second exit from the roundabout) on to Martin Street, following signs for All Routes. Continue to the end of Martin Street, on the right hand pavement, before turning right at the roundabout on to Union Street. Continue down Union Street for approximately 0.2 miles until you reach Derry's Cross Roundabout. Follow the pavement around the roundabout, passing over two zebra crossings, until you reach the theatre (Theatre Royal). Walk around the front of the theatre (to the left of it, as you look at it) and on to Royal Parade. Walk along Royal Parade until you reach the 'A3' bus stop. Catch the Plymouth Citybus, service 70 or 71 going to Cremyll.
